Technical Assistance

Technical assistance offered through the child care resource and referral system (CCR&Rs) can include sharing best practices, offering ideas, answering questions and access to resources.

Step Up to Quality specialists of Ohio's child care resource and referral agencies provide administrative technical assistance to programs interested in becoming star–rated, as well as those wishing to maintain or increase their rating.

The application and parameters for Technical Assistance are located on the Directors Information Portal (DIP).
